Additionally, the lack of a minibar in the rooms felt like an oversight, limiting convenient drink options without needing to order from the bar, which is tied to an ongoing tipping culture that's a bit off-putting for non-Americans. Also, the beach’s unfortunate seaweed issue took away from the swimming experience, though the hotel's efforts to manage it were noticeable.
